Current solution for tooltip.enabledIndicators needs to be refactored. Issues:
tooltip.pointFormat is not respected at all- in
tooltip.formatter we have no easy access to indicator object, under point.indicators.indicator_name[index] we have only x+y values, a reference to the indicator would be great, to get color, names etc.
