ERROR MESSAGE ON WORKFLOW FORM

We are getting an error message when our members hit the submit button on our meeting list changes form
it says ERROR: Form field "format_shared_id_list" is invalid
your help resolving is much appreciated

Sorry about the delayed response, I've been away.
Could you let me know an example meeting from your site that you're having trouble changing and I'll see if there is anything obvious on my end that would be causing it.

I'm definitely seeing some errors showing up, it looks like its having trouble talking to the BMLT server properly. Are you able to join the bmlt slack https://bmlt.slack.com/ on #wordpress-bmlt-workflow and I can help you troubleshoot further.
