Subject: [PATCH] A friendly note: a star helps, and so does telling me what
 you use it for

README: a short note right below the download links. Stars are how small
projects qualify for free code signing, which makes the Windows warning
go away for everyone; and an issue saying what people use CryptBridge for is
just as welcome.

Release workflow: every release text now ends with the same note in one
line, for the people who read it while updating. Once the files are
signed, the line says the star helps others find CryptBridge instead.
