Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'results' of null

I'm having an issue very similar to this already closed issue.

I had successfully converted pretty many links (around 20-30) in the same document when it started to give these errors. For some reason, after this point, it works around 1/5 times or so. Not sure why it's behaving erratic.

I also experiment the same issue with new install today.

same here. Used to work great and then just stopped.

New installation. Throws the same error; it never worked for me.
