The naming of the "env file" has been discussed a few times. We may want to change the name so that it clearly relates to Skypro, e.g. ~/.simt/skypro.yaml
Whilst at it, it would be worth updating the file parser to YAML rather than JSON. (JSON is actually a subset of YAML)
