Error on 'make' under 'python/' for ubuntu

Tried to install in a VM running 16.04.1-Ubuntu, got a different error this time:

But I don't see any error? Thanks a lot for the answer, but if it is installed, why do I still get:

import liblinearutil as ll
ImportError: No module named 'liblinearutil'

and

>>> import liblinear
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
  File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/liblinear/__init__.py", line 35, in <module>
    raise Exception('LIBLINEAR library not found.')
Exception: LIBLINEAR library not found.
