Retiring MDetectorEffectsEngineSingleDet.cxx & MDetectorEffectsEngineSMEX.cxx

Now that we have the new DEE, can we retire:
MDetectorEffectsEngineSingleDet.cxx
MDetectorEffectsEngineSMEX.cxx

Should this be done as early as possible or can we keep the old DEE files for now (maybe removing the option of selecting those modules when running nuclearizer), as a comparison that the new DEE covers all relevant parts that the old DEE covered?

We can start with keeping the code around, and just not compile them and remove them from the assembly

We can also retire MDepthCalibrator.cxx --> #178
which only seems to have been used in the old DEE modules

And MShieldCrystalHit also seems to be a left over, that was initially renamed to MCrystalHits, but then reintroduced in #87 (probably by accident?)
