Data Schematic: deeper CKAN integration

viz is a powerful command that creates neurosymbolic, statistical visual metadata - what we're calling a "Data Schematic."

Make it even more powerful when used with CKAN.

• automatically allowing users to view paginated exploration of tabular resources (may they be in the datastore or simply in the filestore).
• Use the latest DataTables (possibly, even the 3.0 preview)
• automatically giving a visual cue if a visualization is stale if the upstream CKAN data changes
• automatic link to CKAN package/resource
• automatically use existing organization/package/resource ontology as additional context to describegpt when inferring data dictionary
• allow users to dynamically filter the viz using DataTables' filtering controls
• integrate with Datapusher+ so that it can optionally add a Data Schematic as a resource
• create a ckanext-dataschematic extension so non DP+ users can also add a Data Schematic
• if the associated CKAN instance has Data Concierge installed
  • be able to talk to the DC from the viz
  • see associated DC Verified Answers related to the viz
  • see related vizzes in the CKAN Ecosystem Catalog

and we've now integrated Datatables 3 into the Data Schematic!

Also, when using a CKAN url for the input, fetch the package/resource metadata and add a CKAN metadata to the Dictionary Drawer.

Also use the embedded metadata to check if the dataset has changed. If it has changed, notify the user that the DS is stale, and if a new DS is available, offer to open/download it.
