Managed browser reference provenance

The managed browser adapter refers to OpenCode commit
6bffe7932efa9adc36b74e389598daecb4b17ac1 for browser RPC, Chromium/CDP,
AX observations, and native image output semantics. The DAC managed adapter
is independently implemented against DAC Session/Permission/canonical Tool
contracts. The upstream MIT notice above is retained; this reference does not
imply endorsement or compatibility with every upstream operation.

The Node password adapter uses Argon2id from hash-wasm 4.12.0 inside a bounded
worker when the native runtime reports that Argon2 is unsupported.

locked tools, attribution and LICENSE are distributed with the workspace
package. DAC changes add durable receipts, bounded protected reader queries,
exact decimal int64 handling and immutable protected reader mode.
