generate_synthetic_sf.py has been moved to src/sampleworks/synthetic/synthetic_utils.py, and the associated test is moved to tests/synthetic/test_generate_synthetic_sf.py. To be consistent, we should have the density script and tests moved into src/sampleworks/synthetic/ and tests/synthetic/ too.
