Describe the bug
Page does not automatically scroll when keyboard focus moves to controls present in features section in windows.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open Eclipse IDE app in windows.
Press tab key to reach to the 'Help' control and activate it.
Press down arrow key to navigate to the 'Eclipse marketplace' control and activate it.
'Eclipse Marketplace' dialog will appear.
Press tab key to navigate inside the feature section.
Verify whether page gets automatically scroll when keyboard focus moves to controls present in features section or not.
Expected behavior
When users navigate inside the feature section using Tab/Shift+Tab keys, the page should automatically scroll to bring the focused element into view so that users can easily see the control that has received keyboard focus.
