pnpm 11 breaks generation of libraries

Run "pnpm approve-builds" to pick which dependencies should be allowed to run scripts.

we need to configure builds for pnpm (as in set them to false, pnpm just wants "an" answer here)

all we need is this:

This still seems to be a problem. I just ran it today and it crashes with the same error.

pnpm dlx ember-cli@latest addon hello-world -b @ember/addon-blueprint --pnpm

The generated pnpm-workspace.yaml has the literal value of "set this to true or false" like above, fyi.
