Subject: [PATCH] Add Wangerooge-Harlesiel ferry train category for DB

Add a new train category describing the DB Fernverkehr ferry connection
between Wangerooge and Harlesiel. FIP 50 Tickets and FIP Coupons are
accepted; only long-distance tickets are valid. Added in all three
languages (de, en, fr).
