From 0735714742489140d1831d478281f6e5beb76963 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Dmitrii Vasilev Date: Sun, 18 Oct 2026 01:35:22 +0700 Subject: [PATCH] policy: exception entry for the 19-line stale-test deletion in cli/tri/src/gates.rs (Refs #9634) Activation record for one change: deleting the unit test the_motivating_workflow_records_its_own_reason, which include_str!s .github/workflows/brain-seal-refresh.yml. #9117 deleted that workflow, so the cli-tri test build has failed on master since 2026-10-12. The fix PR (Closes #9634) follows once this entry is on master, because the local hooks and CI read the exception list from the base.
