From ec3fdc66af6fbd14d3b83343864d3214e359c2ed Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Dmitrii Vasilev Date: Sun, 18 Oct 2026 02:32:46 +0700 Subject: [PATCH] fix(cli-tri): delete the stale brain-seal-refresh.yml test, re-bless census (Closes #9634) the_motivating_workflow_records_its_own_reason include_str!s .github/workflows/brain-seal-refresh.yml, which #9117 deleted, so the cli-tri test build has failed on master since 2026-10-12. Nothing replaced that workflow, so the test is deleted (19 lines of Rust deleted, 0 added), under the exception entry from #10089. tools/census/{quiet,shell}.txt are re-blessed by `tri census pin --bless`; the moved counts (workflow files 65 -> 66, jobs 85 -> 87, run: steps 305 -> 313, runner does 284 -> 292, named-not-quiet 185 -> 198) come from master's own workflow changes, not from this deletion.
