Some resources are mysteriously showing a Source relationship

I have a set of records for standalone websites searchable here: https://geo.btaa.org/search?include_filters%5Bgbl_resourceType_sm%5D%5B%5D=Static+web+pages&view=list

There is a backend "harvest record" I use to track the lifecycle. This record is marked Draft and Suppressed. It is viewable in the front end here: https://geo.btaa.org/resources/harvest_standalone_websites

Issues to fix:

• This record is marked Draft, so it should not be showing as a relationship from the resources
• The only connection the harvest record has with the resources is a matching Code. I don't know why it is showing up as a Source as none of these have a GBL Admin value in Source.
