Fails to activate on CB3

Th emodule fails to activate on CB3
invalid component definition, can't find component [contentbox-admin.interceptors.CBRequest]

After I moved the folder ( the zip put it in a subfolder ) - the admin can see the module.
Once I try and activate it, i get the same error.
