Selection Plugin - Offer the ability to select one row at a time.

I would like the row selection plugin to give the developer the ability to select one row at a time.

Describe the solution you'd like
An extra property in the row selection plug in that can be set to enforce the fact that on the next selection, only the list of selected row will only contain the last selected row. This constraint could be passed as a parameter in the file function CheckRow in action.ts

I am willing to give it a shot myself if that is something that is useful but you need help with the development.
