It appears that the VM does not have access to neither Vulkan, nor OpenGL ES. There are several options about this: providing a Vulkan/gles capable GPU inside the VM, or emulating Vulkan using lavapipe. Alternative would be to compile on native machine. I have some unfinished work on getting this run on the web, but some dependencies do not play nicely at the current moment.
