If I use hashicorp/tfc-workflows-github/actions/upload-configuration@v1.2.0 action with a workspace that doesn't exist in Terraform Cloud it panics.

error uploading configuration version to Terraform Cloud: resource not found

Any workarounds for this? Seeing this for a workspace that does exist

I just started to have the exact same issue; affecting all workspaces, that use hashicorp/tfc-workflows-github/actions/upload-configuration@v1.3.2
workspace exist, token is not expired.

Same problem here.

Edit:

After some troubleshooting, we realized that the team token used didn't have permissions to access the target workspace.
