I don't know if anything named "IBM Cloud Object Storage Console" even exists, or if it just a set of pages within IBM Cloud console, but in any case, this link would be more useful if it went to the Cloud Object Storage page., and if that is not possible there need to be words here describing how to navigate to it from that link.
