Null-ish dependencies break the script enqueuing

If an index in a handle's dependency array is null or falsey, the entire list of dependencies for that handle fails to be enqueued by wordpress.

I'm not sure what the cause of this is, but I suspect it's related to webpack having chunks which are empty, perhaps?
