[Enhancement]: Offer block after report, apply it immediately

Description

Today i was confronted with content that i felt was not appropriate for the platform (and very very likely even illegal).

I sent a report and blocked the account, then went back to my local feed and the first video, that i saw, was the one that i just reported and blocked.

I think after sending a report, it would make sense to offer to block the account or at least the video by default. If a block is done this way, it should be applied to the feed immediately.

Use-case

make content moderation easier.
if there's content that should not be distributed at all, nobody should be forced to see it a second time after report+block

@rmirau Yes, this is a great suggestion and I'm sorry you had to see that. The account has been suspended, and we are working on preventing illegal content like that from being served.
