It is currently unclear which component owns the table creation in clickhouse. Given that implicit schema creation is possibly incorrectly impacting performance (or even functionality), this needs to be decided and needs lots of tests

clear ownership and contracts between the writers/readers/creators of those tables. Scope for v1: only known pixie tables (not bpftrace)
