Microseconds Format

It looks like heatmap.py doesn’t account for microseconds. I added a microseconds format to line 143 (%f) and that seems to account for the microseconds.

Just for clarity, the line should look like this:

    return datetime.datetime.strptime(s, '%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S.%f')
