Update veascan web app to work with arbitrum sepolia and sepolia network

veascan web has support for arbitrum goerli and goerli network, since goerli testnet is getting shutdown, migrate it to sepolia network. Contracts, bots and subgraphs are updated and endpoint of subgraph in veascan-web is updated.
Everything else is pending to be updated.
