If I load an image that is smaller than the resolution, it'll show up with black bars on the sides. This issue added functionality to scale the image to the height or width of the screen.
If the image is bigger than the screen, "Normal Size" shows it at 100%, and "Best Fit" scales it down to the screen size.
If the image is smaller than the screen, "Normal Size" shows it at 100% and "Best Fit" also shows it at 100%.
In either case, "Fit to Height" scales it [up or down] so that the entire vertical area of the picture is visible, and ignores any horizontal 'extra' that is not visible, and "Fit to Width" does the same thing horizontally while ignoring extra vertical.
Can the "Fit to Window" option cause the image be scaled up to fit the window if the image is smaller than the screen resolution?
