Some of the @looker packages are not on the npm registry anymore

I was trying to clone this repo to customize some of the components and I found out that you have some packages that may not be public?
@looker/babel-preset-prebuild-locales
@looker/babel-preset-react
@looker/babel-preset-styled-components
@looker/babel-preset-typescript
@looker/components-scripts
@looker/jest-config
@looker/storybook
@looker/test-utils

I wonder if this was intended, just to know if I should create them from scratch.
