At phone widths Goal navigation is a closed off-canvas drawer, so the Settings button is not in the DOM until the drawer opens. Both chat-bundle-browser (2) and dashboard-browser (2) therefore time out at settings() on main, and since checks requires both lanes, the required merge-gate is red for every core-tests PR. Open the drawer in the shared settings() helper when the mobile menu trigger is visible, matching the existing pattern in the other workspace scenarios, so the new mobile private-ingress readback runs.
