Notifications doesn't exist on phone, can't dismiss from watch

I have a gmail notification that came in at 15:48. I think I dismissed it on my phone. I opened NC around 17:15-17:20 and dismissed all my notifications. This one would not be dismissed. I tried opening and closing the app a few times and dismissing it repeatedly. I'm unsure if it was dismissed from my phone well before I tried on NC or if it simply got dismissed on my first try.

Did notifications disappear from the phone, when you used dismiss action?

This one is weird, it looks like system stopped sending any notification events. There were no cancellations or new notifications being sent.

Did this happen more than once or was it a one time fluke?

I assume it did as it wasn't on my phone when I looked. It was in my pocket and I tried to dismiss multiple times before taking my phone out to check.

It hasn't happened again since.

Latest version contains extra logs for this issue. If it happens again, please provide logs.
