Android window overlaying #2

Hi,

What I have discovered is that if I open a new window while the Loader is doing the load, it hides behind
the new window I have opened in Android. How can I fix this?

What I use:

Titanium SDK 1.7.5
Titanium Studio 1.0.6
Android Google API 2.2
