[3.0] Support for ntfs3 in Azure Linux on AKS

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but looks like Azure Linux isn't compiled with CONFIG_NTFS3_FS enabled, at least in the AKS images. Are there plans to change that?

Current Azure Linux 3.0 Kernel config : https://github.com/microsoft/azurelinux/blob/3.0/SPECS/kernel/config#L7123 :
# CONFIG_NTFS3_FS is not set

Our upcoming distro release will have it set to module as follow:
CONFIG_NTFS3_FS=m
