Streamline README and add the missing SCD Evolve retro icon

Problem

The README was visually strong in its opening sections, but the second half carried too much operational detail. The seventh capability, SCD Evolve, also lacked the retro icon used by the other six capability cards.

Delivered scope

• Kept the README focused on positioning, quick start, capabilities, core workflow, install entry point, and documentation index.
• Moved detailed workflow/state/contracts, installation/update instructions, and verification matrices into focused documents under docs/.
• Added and referenced a matching retro icon for SCD Evolve.
• Preserved existing product and installation semantics.

Acceptance

• README is materially shorter and remains a useful landing page.
• Detailed content remains reachable through clear README links.
• All seven capability cards have a consistent retro icon.
• Documentation links and image references resolve.
• Repository tests and plugin validation pass.

Evidence

• README reduced from 418 to 169 lines.
• 89/89 Node tests passed.
• Discovery and Knowledge validators passed.
• Maintenance scan returned 0 findings.
• Claude and CodeBuddy plugin validation passed.
• All changed-document local links resolve.
• All seven capability icons are 1254×1254; the new Evolve icon was inspected at 92px.
• PR Streamline README and add the missing Evolve retro icon #6 merged to main at b0a8f37c32357bcc3e8ec77819a70df09704df7a.
• Codex and OpenCode source links resolve to the merged checkout.
• Claude and WorkBuddy report Thinloop 0.7.0 enabled; WorkBuddy refresh succeeded.
• ZCode marketplace refresh reports all installed plugins current; Thinloop shows enabled, version 0.7.0, 7 Skills, and 2 Hooks.
