Subject: [PATCH] chore(release): prepare 0.1.5

Busy Octopus 0.1.4 sends a Claude Code turn notification while a
background subagent or workflow is still running. The fix is ready for
a versioned release.

Prepare version 0.1.5 for candidate review and publication.

release:
  - Bump the synchronized package and extension version to 0.1.5.
  - Record the background task fix in the versioned changelog.
