Replace prettier

Prettier is too opinionated on how it should be run/invoked.

• The pre-commit/mirrors-prettier is archived because prettier 4.0 broke plugins.
• Prettier doesn't (easily) allow global installs

Biome, toolchain of the web

• v2.0 is on the horizon; bugfixes/nightly version of v1.x required to get some things working as expected
• does not allow (dot)biome configuration -> have to set env var (using direnv?)
• Doesn't support yaml (yet)

yamlfmt

• spare-time project of a single maintainer
• uses a (now archived/deprectated) yaml parser
• indentation for comments are not handled as expected
