Shows message "This demonstration device is either missing content or is disconnected from the network"

After I typed in ;enter_demo, it's been stuck on the message and the kindle doesn't let me click anything. I tried restarting multiple times, but the screen comes up every time. I'm on the version 5.16.2.1.1. Kindly tell me how to fix it

On the bottom where the error shows, use 2 fingers and tap the error then swipe the error from right to left. This should unlock it
