The org convention splits these: .agents/ is the shared source of truth that reaches teammates, while .claude/skills/ holds each person's locally-installed copy and is now gitignored. Both moves are renames, so history follows. The three references (AGENTS.md, integration/agent-eval/README.md, and agent-eval's own cross-reference) are repointed; no reference to .claude/skills remains outside the ignore rule itself.
