[Bug]: Switching virtual desktops in Windows 11 creates infinite scrolling

1. Open a W11 Virtual Desktop
2. Open a comic file
3. Start Fullscreen mode
4. Switch back and fort between virtual desktops
5. The page can be scrolled down infinitely

Expected Behavior

Page cannot be scrolled down infinitely

Actual Behavior

Page can be scrolled down infinitely

also I found that the page can be scrolled both down and up, too.

I've been trying to reproduce the issue, but I haven't been able to.

Could you record a video showing it?

Here's what I've tried:

• Open a comic on virtual desktop 2, with the reading mode set to Vertical reader (Scrolling).
• Enter full-screen mode.
• Switch to another virtual desktop using Ctrl + Win + Arrow Keys.

sorry it took me a while, had to find a tool to make a decent video. While making, I found some very specific steps to find this issue, it's a bit crazy.

1. Open THREE virtual desktops
2. Put Open Comic on the middle one
3. Open a comic, go fullscreen and zoom a bit
4. Move between virtual desktops

As far I could try, the issue doesn't happen in the left or right desktops or not-zoomed in, that's why it's hard to catch it, hah.

A minor note: when the issue happens, the comic image "spawns" a thin grey outline

I've submitted this fix to address the issue 142574c.

The bug can be reproduced quite easily by simply resizing the window slightly. I suspect this is exactly what happens when switching between virtual desktops, Windows may resize the window by a tiny amount, even if it's just a single pixel.

We've run into a similar issue before with Alt+Tab, where Windows resized the window by 1 pixel.

If you'd like to try the fix, you can install a nightly build.
