Demo to run onnx optimizer on browser

I'm currently creating some online onnx simplifier/optimizer demo on github pages: https://take-cheeze.github.io/onnx-simplifier/
It's inspired by convertmodel.com which had simplifying feature using wasm: onnxsim/onnxsim#374
The deploying codes are in take-cheeze/onnx-simplifier#5 and building wasm module was quite easy compared to deploying python web server somewhere
