Editing Recipe with 0 minutes Cooking time empty's field

When editing a recipe that has Cooking time set to 0 minutes, the Cooking time field is set to empty. Reproduce by creating a recipe with cooking time of 0. Submit recipe. Edit Recipe and Cooking time is empty, saving recipe requires Cooking time be entered again.
