i1620 Exits to command prompt if printing is attempted, but no LPT device is attached. #570

Description

@cube1us

I have been playing around with i1620, and with some effort in translating ASCII cards from the column binary available in bitsavers.og/bits/IBM/1620 got a system pack loaded and FORTRAN and SPS to work. (The longer term goal is to key in the source I have for the 1620 Engineering Circuit Analysis Program (ECAP) and compile and run that over the coming months).

In the process I discovered that if I failed to attach a file for device LPT, the simulator exited back to my Windows command prompt (this occurred for both FORTRAN and SPS jobs). I expect that is a bug - and I suppose it might affect other simulators as well.

(I did eventually succeed in getting the sample FORTRAN and SPS jobs to run)
