The proposal is to filter this list to the workshops actually scraped in the country (based on the workshop IDs present in the configuration file for the country) or that have upcoming events in the country (based on the workshop IDs present in the scraper results).
The excluded workshops can either be hidden entirely, or grayed out, or grouped below the filtered workshops, or a combination.
