The Docker deployment of the admin backend lacks a configuration center, and there is no place to configure webhooks.

The webhook configuration does exist in OpenIM Server (via webhooks.yml and the /config/* management API), but the admin frontend web UI does not have a configuration center page to expose these settings.

So in the current Docker deployment, webhook configuration cannot be done through the admin frontend UI.
