Cascade (Decay Channels) Feature

Seems to be running well, but it still needs vetting from perhaps other datasets of decay channels beyond Parkhamov? Feel free to pick and choose anything that is useful.
You can look at what was done at docs/CEcommitLog.md
I am pretty rusty at working with anyone on coding and have nowhere near the experience as yourself.
If you don't like any of it, no worries, I can take the humility. 😅
I like the application a lot and hope to be helpful to it's development in some way.

Thanks for the kind words and the pointer! The cascade engine has shipped (src/services/cascadeEngine.ts), with web-worker progress (src/workers/cascadeWorker.ts) and feedback rules (src/services/cascadeFeedbackRules.ts) — the Cascades page on main exercises all three. If you want to suggest additional decay-channel datasets to vet against Parkhomov, an issue with the source/URL would be the easiest way for us to track it. Cheers!
