Open Webui v0.10.0

Time token tracker broke for me when open webui v0.10.0 was released.

I asked an AI to fix the code, so do not ask me any details, but I attach the diff, and updated file if it is useful for someone else.

Thanks @xkmire for sharing the diff, it pointed straight at the problem.

This is fixed in Time Token Tracker 2.6.2 (#184), together with fixes for google_search_tool and vertex_ai_search_tool. Since Open WebUI 0.10, outlet filters also run for requests sent directly to /api/chat/completions. These requests have no chat, so __event_emitter__ is None, and the filter failed with a TypeError on every such request.

2.6.2 also:

• sends the Log Analytics record in the background with a timeout, so a slow endpoint no longer delays answers;
• matches inlet and outlet through Open WebUI's request metadata;
• marks estimated token counts (tokensEstimated).

To update, paste the current time_token_tracker.py into Open WebUI.
