Support for Tuya TPA10 HiDpi 10" Android 11 panel

I clean installed my TPA10 today from a factory reset to test the setup process and remind myself of the pain points. My device came with fw2.6.88b33 and I even updated to the latest OTA 3.x firmware offered by Tuya but fortunately could revert as it offered absolutely zero of use to an HA user (no upgrade for the ARMv7 32bit ABI and still decrepid WebView but they took the time to remove su root access so definitely a step in the wrong direction. I kept a backup of my 2.6.8 images so if anyone else wants to downgrade then I am happy to share.

My ha-paneld installer has a lot of work to do on this panel to maintain adb access, suppress the Tuya cr*pware, provide a minimal launcher, navbar and a WebView version that can render something more complex than a Craig's List page. I also did some extra resesearch so that my installer can disable more of the Tuya bloat without loosing functionality from the Android UI/APIs and still squeeze every cycle out of the "only just good-enough" CPU.

Somewhere in the rebuild I lost su persistence but I think that was a luxury that other TPA10 owners did not have so it gave me an opportunity to rewrite my privileged daemon to work with less so I am hoping that the next release of ha-paneld will work better wth more TPA10s. If anyone has anything tht is broken for them then please get in touch.
