docs(wiki): mark the 6.x pages historical, refresh the 7.x pages for 7.0.1 - the 20 pages describing the Bash implementation get a "Historical page (sr 6.x)" banner pointing at the current documentation; their content is untouched and nothing is deleted - the 11 topic pages generated from `sr help` are refreshed for 7.0.1: the Python floor is documented as 3.10 (the 7.0.0 pages said 3.9, which never actually worked in 7.x) and the generation footers carry the current version - Home and _Sidebar version stamps: 7.0.1
docs(wiki): add sr 7.0.0 pages generated from `sr help` Adds a 7.0.0 section: home, installation, quick start, matching, targets, backup and rollback, rollback, automation, configuration, self-update, troubleshooting, examples and a sidebar. Existing 6.x pages are kept in place: their text still describes the legacy bash implementation, but removing them would break the cross-links between them, so they are updated/left rather than deleted.
