"hostname" breakout is no longer available

Problem Description:
I just update crucible a few minutes ago, and the "... breakout hostname" is no longer an option.

Info:
Enpoint type is k8s

Repro:

@HughNhan @atheurer — Is this still an issue with the current CDM? The hostname field exists in the metric_desc template, so the question is whether the query-side crash has been resolved in recent updates.
