macOS support #1

Description

@sammcj

Neat project! It would be great if it worked on macOS, I gave it a try but no luck:

$ pip install vectorvfs
using uv for pip...
  × No solution found when resolving dependencies:
  ╰─▶ Because perception-models was not found in the package registry and vectorvfs==0.1.0 depends on perception-models, we can conclude that vectorvfs==0.1.0 cannot be used.
      And because only the following versions of vectorvfs are available:
          vectorvfs==0.1.0
          vectorvfs==0.3.0
      we can conclude that vectorvfs<0.3.0 cannot be used. (1)

      Because decord==0.6.0 has no wheels with a matching platform tag (e.g., `macosx_15_0_arm64`) and perception-models-perone==1.0.0 depends on decord==0.6.0, we can conclude that
      perception-models-perone==1.0.0 cannot be used.
      And because only perception-models-perone==1.0.0 is available and vectorvfs==0.3.0 depends on perception-models-perone==1.0.0, we can conclude that vectorvfs==0.3.0 cannot be used.
      And because we know from (1) that vectorvfs<0.3.0 cannot be used, we can conclude that all versions of vectorvfs cannot be used.
      And because you require vectorvfs, we can conclude that your requirements are unsatisfiable.

      hint: Wheels are available for `decord` (v0.6.0) on the following platforms: `manylinux2010_x86_64`, `win_amd64`
