Issue with building docker image

Hi,

I am trying to build a docker image of privacyIDEA ysing your code. However I receive the following error:

And if I move this line all the way to the bottom I get the error:

Can you help me solve this? My goal is to deploy privacyIDEA in kubernetes. Do you also know how I can deploy this using yaml file once the image build is succesful?

p.s.: Also I needed to update the package privacyidea to python-privacyidea, but that was I quick fix
